Lee County, FL — Two people have been injured, one seriously, after a T-bone crash at Winkler Avenue and Executive Circle in Fort Myers.
Fort Myers Fire and Lee County EMS crews responded to the incident at 5:11 PM Thursday afternoon.
An approximately 78-year-old man was reportedly trapped in his vehicle and sustained serious injuries meeting "Trauma Alert" criteria.
Him and another patient who sustained minor injuries were transported to Gulf Coast Medical Center by paramedics.
North and southbound lanes of Executive Circle were previously blocked but have since reopened.
The Fort Myers Police Department is investigating.
