10:15 PM — The Collier County Sheriff’s Office confirms they responded to a domestic incident with shots fired. The husband involved shot his wife and then shot himself. He was pronounced dead and the wife is in critical condition.

Collier County, FL — One person is dead and another person has been seriously injured after a shooting at 5481 Hardee Street in Naples Manor.
Greater Naples Fire and Collier County EMS crews responded to the incident at 4:36 PM Sunday afternoon.
Deputies confirm two people have been shot. One person was pronounced dead at the scene and another has been seriously injured.
Fire & EMS radio communications indicate an approximately 35-year-old female sustained multiple gunshot wounds. She was declared a “Trauma Alert” and transported to NCH Baker Hospital.
Deputies say they do not believe there is an ongoing threat to the community.
The Collier County Sheriff’s Office is investigating.
