Collier County, FL — A cement truck and a dump truck both rolled over after a head-on crash near Palmetto Ridge High School on Oil Well Road in Golden Gate Estates.

North Collier Fire and Collier County EMS crews responded to the incident at 8:23 AM Wednesday morning.



The driver of the cement truck was entrapped in his vehicle as bystanders worked to break him free.



One driver was seriously injured and transported by MedFlight to Lee Memorial as a “Trauma Alert”.

All lanes of Oil Well Road are blocked at this time as the Florida Highway Patrol investigates.
