8:12 PM — The FMPD has confirmed that this death is non-suspicious in nature.
Officers found an elderly man deceased inside of the store and say he died of natural causes.
The store has since reopened and resumed normal operations.

Lee County, FL — A death investigation is underway after someone was found deceased inside of the Target at The Forum in Fort Myers.
Detectives and mortuary service vehicles could be seen parked in front of the store just after 8:00 PM Sunday night.
Further details have not been made available.
The death does appear to be non-suspicious in nature at this time.
The store has since been closed due to the incident.
This is a developing story.
